The First Step To Clearer Skin: Drink Some Form of Carrot Juice Everyday

Five days is all it took to significantly reduce the scars/hyper-pigmentation that I had from the skin "challenges" and acute inflammation I was addressing with my Turmeric Salve.
No medicine or topical product by itself is going to do the good work (even out skin tone, reduce appearance of aging, cellular health, hydration, surface smoothing, light work, etc.) that ingested vegetables and fruit and water will do in a sustained way.
Inflammation and toxicity that manifests on the skin is typically a signal that the liver needs healing. Get some vegetables and fruits high in Carotenoids, Beta Carotene which converts to Vitamin A, and Vitamin C (my preference at the moment: alternating Carrots and Mangos at night and Spinach and Cucumbers in the morning). Add some Turmeric. Add water. Blend* and drink.

*I prefer to blend rather than juice because I want to keep all the fiber.
