Regrettably, I didn't take many (any?) pictures of the Barbados countryside and towns when I visited seven years ago. So, I have had to depend on memories and first impressions. The recent spells of rain have made it greener than I remember. And though I'm here during Crop Over -- a traditional Bajan harvest festival -- it's still just as quiet as I remember.
